 The Money property is wholly owned by YNG and covers an area of 1,030 hectares. The property is located five kilometres east of the Wolverine deposit. The Money claims were drilled in 1996 with five holes totalling 682 metres. The property is located within the YTT and is underlain by Devono-Mississippian mafic volcanic and sedimentary rocks. Mineralization consists of massive sulphides hosted in the mafic volcanic rocks. The best drill intersection in 1996 was 1.0 metre grading 1.75 % copper, 21 g/t silver and 0.4 g/t gold. Massive sulphides have been discovered at several locations on the property and further drilling is required to confirm the source for the mineralization. The property is optioned to Yukon Zinc.  |
